| Story | Teddy is a very loving, although strong willed young dog. He loves being around people and would benefit from an active home with owners who will play with him and take him on fun walks or runs. He loves other dogs although a little to the extreme! As soon as he sees dogs, he wants to meet and play with them. His over-excitement often means he leaves his manners at home, so we are looking for his new owners to be happy to take him to training classes to help his socialisation skills. He lives with a cat and although he will chase her, they tolerate each other and Teddy will respect her if she tells him off. His owner often takes him to work where he meets many people, horses and chickens etc and is always well behaved. He lives with older children but also regularly sees an 18 month old with whom he is very gentle. Teddy also walks nicely on the lead, is very clever, and has learned lots of tricks.
